Expert Automotive

Heather was excellent. She returned calls promptly with all communications. She gave me a price for my repairs over the phone and the final bill was a few dollars less than see quoted. They had the parts in stock and the job was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.

Yesterday was my first trip to Expert Automotive, which is a car repair shop in South Jacksonville. All I wanted was for someone to take a quick look at a question that I had on my 2017 Honda CR-V to let me know if any type of repair was needed. I called the day before and asked if it was necessary to make a reservation and I was told to just come by and one of the mechanics would be happy to put my car on a lift so they could let me know if I had a problem. I stopped by yesterday and they did exactly what they said and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. As I was leaving, I told Ruben Simo that I had just become a new customer of Export Automotive.

Our family trusts this shop completely with our Range Rover. The staff is consistently honest, friendly and highly professional, and communication is always clear and thoughtful throughout the entire process. The waiting area is comfortable with snacks available, which makes the experience even more convenient while waiting. The level of service and care is excellent and always consistent. We would highly recommend them, 10/10 🩶

I had my transmission replaced here and the service was excellent from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work. The turnaround time was faster than I expected, and my car drives smoother than it has in years. Fair pricing, honest communication, and solid workmanship.

I can't thank the entire team at this place enough. Heather made me feel at ease from the moment I called. Then I arrived and the staff there was just as phenomenal. I'm new to Jax and 3 days after arriving my car was acting up. My anxiety was at an all time high. I need my Faith (car) to get to work. Mr. Ken, Mr. Hank, Mr. Ruben, Mr. Alex, Mr. Rodgers and the the other staff, for the top notch service they provided from the start. I now have a real auto shop to take my Faith to whenever she needs regular maintenance and services. This by far has been a blessing. This place is honest and fair. They truly know automotive. It has a mom and pop feel with genuinely decent folks. Thank you all. Sincerely O
